Smart Call Summary

Rafiki AI automatically generates an AI-powered Smart Call Summary for every meeting longer than 5 minutes. The summary captures the key points discussed on the call, including topics, action items, competitor mentions, pricing discussions, next steps, and other highlights.

Where to Find Your Summary

After a meeting has been processed, the Smart Call Summary is available in the Summary tab within the meeting detail view. Navigate to the Meetings dashboard, click on a meeting, and select the Summary tab to view it.

What the Summary Includes

  • Key Topics: Main subjects discussed during the call

  • Action Items: Tasks and commitments identified from the conversation

  • Highlights: Important moments including competitor mentions, pricing discussions, and objection handling

  • Next Steps: Agreed-upon follow-up actions and timelines

CRM Sync

Smart Call Summaries are automatically synced to your CRM deal record under the Notes section, provided the meeting is associated with a CRM opportunity. Supported CRMs include Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho.

You can edit the summary in Rafiki AI and save it to update the CRM notes as well.

Customizable Format

You can customize the format and content of your Smart Call Summaries by creating custom summary prompts. Navigate to Settings > General > Customize Prompts to define your preferred format, sections, and detail level. See Customize Smart Call Summary Format for details.

Smart Call Summaries are generated automatically for meetings longer than 5 minutes. The summary will be synced to your CRM deal if the meeting participants match a CRM contact or opportunity.
