To customize the default Follow Up prompt:

  1. Login to Rafiki and Navigate to Settings > General

  2. Click on Customize Prompts in the left pane

  3. Select Add New Prompt

  4. Enter a prompt name and select "Follow Up Prompt"

  5. Type the format with the styling details on how you need the summary generated. Check our sample followup formats or contact our support team if you need help with the prompt.

  6. Save the prompt and it will be used for future summaries.
