Sync Smart Call Summary with CRM
Rafiki AI automatically syncs AI-generated Smart Call Summaries to your CRM, keeping your deal records up to date without any manual effort.
How It Works
After each meeting is processed, Rafiki AI generates a Smart Call Summary from the transcript. If the meeting has been associated with a CRM opportunity (based on meeting participants matching CRM contacts), the summary is automatically pushed to the CRM deal record under the Notes section.

Configuration
Ensure your CRM integration is connected in Settings > Integrations.
Verify that your meetings are being associated with CRM opportunities (this happens automatically based on participant email matching).
Summaries will sync automatically after each meeting is processed.
Editing and Re-Syncing
You can edit the summary within Rafiki AI's meeting detail view. Updated notes can be saved and re-synced to the CRM opportunity. The Notes tab in the meeting detail view provides a rich-text editor for making changes before pushing updates to your CRM.
Requirements

Meeting participants must match a CRM contact or opportunity
Meeting must be longer than 5 minutes for summary generation
