Auto-generated GPT Powered Smart Call Summary from each meeting are automatically synced to the CRM if the meeting has been associated with an opportunity. A topic-specific summary is generated from the meeting transcript.

Additionally updating notes from the notes tab in the meeting pushes the notes to the CRM opportunity

The notes tab provides a rich-text editor apart from the Meeting > General tab allowing the capability to directly add text from the transcript as well.
