  1. Why should I integrate Rafiki with Freshworks CRM?

    Rafiki-Freshworks CRM integration allows your teams to see meetings in the context of Accounts and Deals that they are pursuing. This integration provides a 360-degree view of deals and touchpoints that the Rep has had with the prospect. The integration empowers sales leaders to stay abreast of their deals and easily track even deals with longer sales cycles.

  2. How does Rafiki integrate with Freshworks CRM?

    Rafiki uses the Freshworks token to connect to the CRM. We do not store your Freshworks credentials.

  3. What does Rafiki import from Freshworks CRM?

    Rafiki imports organizations, deals, and persons and associates them with the meetings. This data gives you a consolidated view of meetings under each deal, view deal notes, and be informed about deal velocity and deal risks.

  4. How does Rafiki map meetings to the Freshworks Deal/Opportunity?

    Rafiki maps the Meetings to the deal based on the participants of the meeting. Find out more.

  5. Does Rafiki sync data to Freshworks CRM?

    Yes. Rafiki automatically links meetings with the relevant deal/opportunity based on the participants of the meeting. Additionally, Rafiki also automatically generates topic-specific meeting notes. These notes are synced to the meeting notes under the specific Deal in Freshworks CRM.

  6. How does Rafiki use the Freshworks data?

    Rafiki stores the data pulled from Freshworks CRM to analyze your meeting conversations with your prospects and provide meaningful, actionable insights across deal risks, customer objections, deal cycle, and more.

  7. Which Freshworks user account should I use to integrate?

    Freshworks admin users will be able to authorize the Rafiki-Freshworks integration. This Freshworks admin user must be a valid Rafiki user and perform the integration from their Rafiki account.
